June 2026: We are Open

A few weeks ago, I unlocked the door to my own salon suite for the first time.

After months of planning, shopping, returning things, changing my mind, and putting together a million little details, The Lovely Collective is officially open.

I’ve been doing hair for over 20 years, and this move has been one of the biggest professional decisions I’ve ever made.

Not because I doubted it was the right choice, but because I cared deeply about creating a space that felt like an extension of who I am and how I serve my clients.

Opening a salon suite isn’t one big moment. It’s a hundred small decisions. It’s choosing lighting, assembling furniture, hanging wallpaper, organizing inventory, and realizing every item that shows up at your door somehow leads to three more things you need to buy (of course)

What has stood out most through all of this has been the support.

The cards, gifts, messages, referrals, kind words, and clients who followed me into this next chapter have meant more than I can adequately express. After spending two decades behind the chair, it’s incredibly humbling to be reminded how many meaningful relationships have been built along the way.

Now that the doors are open and Lovelies are settling into the space, it finally feels real.

The Lovely Collective isn’t just a new location. It’s a space built with intention, experience, and a genuine love for this industry and the people I get to serve every day.
